I am a spiritual guide, channel, tarot and oracle reader, certified Crystal Reiki Master, writer, and self-published author. My work brings together channeling, divination, energy healing, crystals, creativity, and spiritual guidance with one central intention: to help others find clarity, reconnect with themselves, and feel inspired to move forward on their healing and ascension journey.
My path into this work did not happen all at once. It unfolded gradually through my own experiences with spirituality and healing, and by learning to listen to what existed beyond what I could physically see.
My Story
My spiritual journey began long before I understood myself as a channel.
As a child, I remember being sensitive to spirits and sensing things around me that I could not fully explain. As I grew older, that sensitivity seemed to fade into the background. It wasn't until much later, when I began exploring tarot and oracle cards, crystals, Reiki, meditation, affirmations, and energy healing, that this part of me began opening again.
Tarot became one of my earliest doorways into developing my intuition. Crystals became another. As my spiritual practice deepened, I became a certified Crystal Reiki Master, and crystal energy eventually became an integral part of the way I work. Today, crystals are present throughout my sessions, whether I am channeling or reading cards, and I create and share crystal grids with my clients as part of that experience.
But channeling came later.
For roughly a year and a half, my spiritual path developed before I began consciously channeling. Through Reiki, meditation, and healing experiences, I became increasingly aware of spirit guides and what I understood as communication beyond myself. Eventually, I began recognizing my clairaudience, something that felt strangely connected to the spiritual sensitivity I remembered having as a child.
I did not immediately accept or understand everything I was experiencing. Trust developed over time. As my connection with my guardian angels and spirit guides became clearer, I began channeling for other people. And something changed when I saw how those messages could genuinely help someone find clarity, understand what they were experiencing, or see a path forward.
Channeling stopped being something I was simply trying to understand. It became a way I could serve.
How I Approach Spiritual Guidance
Free Will
I don't want someone to choose a session because they feel pressured into it. I encourage people to follow what resonates with them and make their own choices about when and how they seek guidance.
Clarity
My intention is for someone to leave with greater clarity, feeling as though a weight has been lifted and a path forward feels easier to see.
Compassion
Spiritual guidance is deeply personal. I approach what is shared with care, support, respect, and confidentiality.
Inspiration
Guidance should not leave you feeling lost, uncomfortable, or confused. I want my work to inspire movement, reflection, healing, and action.
The Practices That Ground My Work
Tarot & Oracle
Tarot and oracle cards were among the first practices that helped me consciously reconnect with your intuition. Today, I offer card readings alongside your channeled work.
Crystal Reiki
As a certified Crystal Reiki Master, crystal energy remains woven throughout my spiritual practice. Crystals accompany my sessions, and I create crystal grids that I share with clients as part of their experience.
Channeling
My channeled work developed later through my connection with spirit guides and eventually became the foundation of my work with the Elfian Realm.
Discovering the Elfian Realm
As my channeling developed, I began receiving what I understood as teachings and stories from the Elfian Realm. What emerged eventually became a channeled book exploring the Realm, its spiritual history, and the beings I had begun communicating with.
Through that process, I came to understand the Elfian Realm as Beings of Inspiration, higher beings connected with Divine Light, Divine Love, and the frequency of inspiration. What began as something I was personally discovering gradually became the foundation for much of the work I share today.
That is ultimately why I created Realm of Inspiration: to provide a place for these teachings, sessions, and forms of guidance to exist together and to allow others to explore what resonates with their own spiritual journey.
What Channeling Feels Like to Me
Channeling is difficult for me to describe because much of the experience happens through flow. The messages that come through often contain teachings, ideas, or perspectives that I would never have consciously thought of or imagined myself. There is a peaceful quality to the experience, and frequently the message leads somewhere I could not have anticipated beforehand.
Since receiving a health diagonsis channeling has evolved for me and now that I am a Type 1 A Diabetic/ Hashimoto channeler of the Elfian Realm this episode of Spritual Autoimmune is perfect to showcase exactly what channeling is like for me now:

Beyond My Spiritual Work
Outside of my spiritual practice, creativity is one of the ways I feel most alive. I write, photograph, design, create manifestation boards and handmade gifts, and love planning adventures that bring me into nature or historic places.
I'm especially drawn to the sea, animals, nature, history, symbolism, and the experiences that remind us of connection, unity, and what it means simply to be alive.
For me, creativity and spirituality aren't entirely separate. Both are ways of listening, exploring, finding meaning, and allowing inspiration to become something tangible.
Don't Forget to Live
I understand what it feels like to be nervous when first stepping onto a path of spirituality, healing, and ascension because I once stood at the beginning of that path too.
I believe that beyond the veil, angels, spirit guides, Divine Light, and Divine Love can support us as we learn more about ourselves, our purpose, and our journey as souls incarnating on Earth.
But perhaps one of the most important things I have learned along the way is that we are beings of life, and we must not become so focused on seeking that we forget to live.
To me, spirituality isn't about escaping the human experience. It is about letting guidance, healing, love, and inspiration help us be more present in it.
